Products

We strive to accurately display our products, colors, and descriptions. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability

• Errors in pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. ADL Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Application Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following all application instructions.

ADL Crafts is not responsible for damage, failed transfers, or unsatisfactory results caused by:

• Incorrect temperature, pressure, or pressing time

• Improper application techniques

• Incompatible materials or equipment

• Failure to follow the provided instructions
