Return Policy

• Due to the custom nature of DTF and UV DTF transfers, all sales are final.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
• If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
• We are not responsible for application errors, incorrect heat settings, or improper use.
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
• If a replacement is approved, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the situation.
